The World Health Organisation has declared that sleep deprivation is epidemic in the western world. And that’s only half the story because the quality of sleep is equally important to physical and mental health, and also to performance.

The Sleep Masterclass looks in depth at our need for sleep, the different types of sleep, and the impact of sleep on every aspect of our lives.

The course is interactive and includes 3 sleep audits and time to ask the pressing questions.

The Sleep Masterclass debunks a lot of myths around sleep and what we should do to get more of it. Unless you are something of a sleep specialist it is likely that there will be plenty to shock and surprise you and many ‘oh that’s why…’ moments of realisation.

It covers some critical dos and don’ts and examines treatments including the effectiveness of CBT I (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia) now recommended over sleeping tablets by the majority of sleep specialists.
