Beth is one of the founding directors of Mind Fitness and author of the hugely successful Unlock You, business book of the month in August and September 2020. She is currently working on a second book Emotional Health for Performance.
Beth heads up the Cognitive Wellbeing section of Mind Fitness which combines cognitive training and Mindfulness. She has designed and delivered over 50 programmes to corporates and charities. Beth also designs the educational programmes delivered by Mind Fitness and funded by Children-in-Need, and speaks at training events and conferences across the UK.
