After a successful 20-year career in IBM. Sharon left the corporate world behind to dedicate herself to her passion for mindfulness meditation. She now works with businesses across the UK, teaching mindfulness to support mental health & wellbeing at work, improve productivity, unlock creativity and enable people to make better decisions.
Sharon is a mindfulness teacher, trainer and supervisor, she qualified with the UK College of Mindfulness & Meditation at St John’s College Oxford. She is also a Mental Health First Aid instructor, Leadership Coach and Hypnotherapist. Sharon teaches techniques and practices that cultivate a new level of consciousness and awareness, helping participants to develop and maintain a healthy mind and live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
