Rob Castle

Rob Castle has been Managing Director of music technology company Korg for over 25 years before training as a Business Coach. He has coached senior leaders through to some spectacular achievements and business transformations.

During his time at Korg he led initiatives to grow profit, to restructure and relocate, to refine the core business offer, to improve staff engagement and team effectiveness. Rob is experienced in retail, wholesale and manufacturing having worked for US, German and Japanese corporations as well as UK manufacturers & exporters. He has worked in USA, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.

Rob has been a guest speaker at Henley Management College, Warwick Business School and Berklee College of Music. He has served as President of Industry Trade Association the MIA and is a founding member of the charity Music for All. He has been a Business Mentor for the Princes Trust, a Fellow of The Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Freeman of the City of London.

Rob is an enthusiastic piano and guitar player, mountain biker and more recently baker, sculptor and bell ringer.
