Marlon originally trained as a lawyer and quickly realised that his passion lay with supporting young people to be ambitious for themselves. A vocational educator by profession, Marlon has worked in every type of learning organisation from schools, to businesses, and to leading universities as a visiting lecturer. His expertise and unique approach led to him becoming a qualified Performance coach with Animas and the International Coaching Federation and he has worked extensively in the Education, Healthcare and Creative industries.
He has also been a football coach for over 30 years and has coached at every level of the game.
