Em Aspinall

Em has joined the Mind Fitness Training team to collaborate on new courses and support in existing training. Em began their career working with students and employees to build inclusive and accessible workplaces. Developing a keen interest in human behaviour, they moved into a digital marketing role – specialising in engagement through content. Bridging the gap, they now focus on facilitating inclusive, safe online spaces in the games industry – while playing a key role in EDI and gender inclusion. Em brings their passion for amplifying marginalised voices to MFT.
