Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training
Quality training is a critical step in every organisation’s journey to becoming more inclusive. In order for real change to occur, every employee needs to understand the barriers and challenges faced in the workplace, and the proven steps that lead to empowerment and inclusion.
2 x 90 Minute Zoom Sessions, designed to give attendees opportunities to fully participate and time to ask the difficult questions.

Learning Outcomes
 Understand the concepts, legislation and best practice
The learner will be able to:
- Understand the significant terms and their nuanced application
- Identify the steps relevant to their workplace to bring in an inclusive culture
- Use techniques and markers profiled by current sector leaders
Identify challenging situations and address cognitive and discriminatory bias
The learner will be able to:
- Recognise bias in themselves and others
- Adopt practices to enable them to address and reduce their own biases
- Use proven techniques to challenge the bias of others without judgement
Learn how to support minorities, heal divides and increase staff unity
The learner will be able to:
- Use relevant conflict resolution techniques to address discrimination
- Drive buy-in to the organisational goals around EDI
- Monitor and measure the positive impact and benefits of diversity
