The challenge of most commercial negotiations is that there is usually an imbalance in the level of skill, confidence and satisfactory outcome based upon the technical approach of those negotiating.
This workshop will show you how to prepare your team position in any commercial negotiation based on some easy to understand techniques that will level the playing field between aggregating companies and smaller, less commercially practiced companies. Areas covered are building authentic rapport, active listening, the use of mirroring and playback, knowing how to effectively anchor your position, and how to avoid the assumptive close unless, and until, you are getting what you want.
