Building High Functioning Teams

The most common challenge for collaborative working is that we all have a slightly different idea of what ‘good’ looks like. This workshop leaves delegates in no doubt as to why psychological safety is the number one priority for teams to engineer. Building on this insight the workshop will start the process of creating the right kind of trust between participants. It will also start to explore what healthy conflict looks like and underline the role team members have to play to accept emotional responsibility for how they show up and interact with each other.
