There are many misconceptions on agility, what it can deliver, how it works and how to adopt its principles. This situation is not helped by the myriad of online courses that claim to “teach you Agile” but that fail to explain the fundamentals in a way that resonates with individuals and teams.
Mind Fitness can solve this for you. We currently provide two courses, which are delivered remotely by expert practitioners:
- Introduction to Agile – 90 minutes
- Agile Essentials – 8 hours (4 * 2 hours, 2 * 4 hours or 1 * 8 hours)
If required, after the initial training the same practitioners are available for hands-on consultancy, either remote or in-person, to truly embed agile ways of working into your teams and your organisation.
