Mind Fitness Content

Mind Fitness enables people to get out of their own way by uniquely fusing Cognitive Behavioural Coaching with Mindfulness practice to create an accessible and enjoyable learning experience. The 6-week follow up programme is designed to fit into the busiest of lives taking just 10 designated minutes a day. By the end of the programme new ways of thinking and new coping mechanisms are embedded into daily life.

Mind Fitness Delivery

Each slice of learning is immediately applied using group, pair and individual exercises that are designed to be non-exposing. We use a range of learning styles. Sessions are informative, interactive and fun.

Course fees include a consultation to establish your training requirements, the workbook and trainers on call during the 6-week follow up programme.

Mind Fitness work throughout the UK, Ireland and overseas. Courses can take place at your offices or a location to suit. We typically work with groups of between 15 and 25 attendees. Discounts are available for multiple bookings.

Mind Fitness – Train the Trainer

If you have a large workforce or your business operation prevents you from taking whole teams out together, then you may wish to consider our highly valued Train the Trainer programme. This is a 1.5 day in-depth course (can be taken as 3 half days or 5 x 2 hours.) We work with the key personnel you have selected to deliver the Mind Fitness programme to the rest of your employees.

The course is neatly sectioned into 8 subject areas that can be delivered separately if required. Each subject area is backed up with quality resources that will enable your key team to impart the information and test the understanding. The Mind Fitness team remain on hand during the programme.

Will I have to share personal information that might not be appropriate in front of colleagues?

No, you won’t. There are questions that you will answer in the workbook which becomes, through the day, a personal road map, but these will never be shared.

Does the Mind Fitness programme work for people with special needs?

Yes absolutely. The Mind Fitness team is trained to work with people of all abilities and disabilities, and all exercises can be adapted. Please let us know if there is anyone you feel would benefit from additional support. Let us know if there are exercises to be repositioned to work most effectively with, for example, an autistic group.

Does the programme work best for people at similar levels of responsibility or for people who work together in a team?

We have worked both, for example a group of managers, customer service advisers etc and with mixed level teams. With both cases it has the added advantage of working as a team building session, with many saying how much more they appreciated their colleagues after the course.

I see that you are based in the South East, are you prepared to travel?

Yes, Mind Fitness travel nationally. We also have representatives in two countries booking for us, but at this stage we can only travel abroad if we have blocks of bookings.

We would like to book a session but do not have a space on our premises big enough to host it. Is there anything that can be done?

Prior to the session we will meet up with you so that we can discuss the structure of the agenda and any issues that you would like us to focus on. We will then tailor the session accordingly. This is done on Skype if you are more than 40 miles away.

We are too small a company to have enough staff to attend the session. Is there any way we can still access a Mind Fitness session?

We are starting to work with Local Authorities and Enterprise Organisations to set up sessions that bring together representatives from small companies. Email us if you are interested in this.

Do you offer non-commercial rates?

Mind Fitness work a wide range of organisations from large corporates to small charities. We are aware that organisations such as charities and Community Interest Companies operate on very strict budgets and limited funding, therefore we offer a range of non-commercial rates to suit a range of budgets. Do you offer discounts for bulk booking?
